If you receive items damaged via SpeedPost, please take the following steps to make a claim. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the delivery and then find shipping damage, please save all packaging material and documents and email us at sales@waile.com for assistance. We will then notify the shipping agent and take appropriate action to make the claim.
If you receive the package damaged via AirMail or Surface Mail, you should inquire your local post office, showing them the damage (it is best if they witness you open the box), and filing a damage claim, as procedures vary country by country.
